How it works:

You show us your photo We manipulate it You download it

For your convenience, we acceopt credit or debit cards using a secure, online service.

After we receive your photo and adjust it according to your instructions, we will contact you with the information you will need to pay for and download your final version.

Please allow up to two business days after we receive your photo for processing of your Custom Photo Art.

You can send us your photo(s) in one of three ways:

1. You can send the original print (or negative) through the mail. If you decide to do this, we highly recommend that you send your original photos with a carrier that provides tracking! We personally use FedEx, but you can use whichever carrier you're most comfortable with. This does not need to be expensive. Even the ground service of FedEx provides tracking of packages/envelopes. Be sure to sandwich the photo(s) between two sturdy pieces of cardboard and mark "PHOTOS" on the outside of the package. We also recommend that you insure your photos. Even with these precaution, we have not had good luck with the US Postal Service and do not recommend them as a shipping option. Obviously, BK Graphix cannot be responsible for any damage/loss that might occur during the shipping process.

2. You can send us a scan of your photo or negative on a CD. If you are not able to scan the image yourself, you can utilized the services of a local photo lab or Kinko's. (Check around for prices, but remember, the cheapest price is not always the best quality.) If you have the negative of the photo you'd like us to work on, please have that scanned (as opposed to the print) because there is more information contained in the negative for us to work with.

Along with your photo(s), be sure to include the following important information:

Your name, address, and e-mail address. We need this information in order to contact you about your order before we start working on it and after we have completed the work.
We never sell or otherwise share your contact information with anyone else.

A description of what you would like done to your photo(s)
: Manipulation, kaleidoscope, artistic rendition, etc. - or any combination of services we offer. If you're not sure and just want your photo(s) to "look better", that's OK. In all cases, we'll contact you before we start any work to discuss our recommendations with you.

3. You can e-mail us a scan of your photo or negative or a photo from a digital camera. If you choose this option, please keep the file size under 3 megabytes. (If you are using a dial-up connection, you will probably want to use Option #2 to send us any digital files over 1.5 megabytes.)

Information on Enlargements:

Enlargement will seriously reduce image quality if attempted from a small original image. Doubling of original size may be acceptable, but any enlargement will reduce quality.
